KIDS!!

Welcome to our Web Site! As you will see, there are many fun and exciting activities available on our Site, such as games, personalized e-mails, special information about us and our artists, [weekly/monthly] newsletters, and great offers from other companies that we think might interest you. In order to participate in some of these activities, you may be asked to provide your e-mail address or create a screen name and password. When you create a screen name, we suggest that you not use your real name. Try to think of something special and different to use for your screen name and secret password. If you are asked to provide your e-mail address or other personal information, you will be told what we will do with this information, and whether you need to first get you parent's permission. If you send us a question or comment about us, our Site, or a specific artist, we will only use your e-mail address to respond back to you. Once we respond to you, we will delete your e-mail address from our files unless we have your parent or guardian's permission. If you send a post card to another person through the Site, only the person who you sent the post card to will know your e-mail address and the message you send. We will not keep this information in our files unless we have your parent or guardian's permission. Be sure you know who you are sending your post cards to. If you are ever unsure about using this Site or any other Web Site, be sure to check with your parent or guardian.

PARENTS NOTICE

It is important for you to talk with your child about using the Internet safely. Here are just a few things to keep in mind when talking to your kids about the Internet:

· Remind your child to never give out their full name, address, or phone number without your permission.
· Tell your child that if they receive something that they are not sure about, to let you know.
· Impress upon your child the importance of never engaging others in a communication that would put them at risk, such as agreeing to meet someone they've been "chatting" with, but never met.

GENERAL

Children Under 13

1. Personally Identifiable Information. In order for a child to participate in certain Services on or through the Site, we require that children under the age of 13 get permission from a parent or guardian before submitting any personally-identifiable information about themselves. We consider the following information to be personally-identifiable: a first and last name; a home or other physical address including a street name and name of city or town; an e-mail address; a telephone number; and any other personal information that would allow a child to be contacted in person or online. With certain exceptions, this information can only be submitted to the Site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Information Collected. Some Services on the Site require visitors to submit some or all of the personally-identifiable information listed above. For example, visitors may be required to provide personally-identifiable information when registering for a specific service on the Site, to participate in a contest, receive information from us or other companies that provide special offers to our visitors, or to assist promotional efforts. We will only use this information to comply with the purpose for which the personally identifiable information was requested, and any other purpose that is disclosed at the time the information is requested.

Before a child under 13 may participate in certain Services on the Site, such as allowing us to share their information with companies that we think are able to offer our under 13 Visitors quality products and services, or allowing the child to participate in a chat room or a bulletin board, we will first seek the permission of the child's parent or guardian. We will do this by requesting that the child provide an e-mail or physical address for his/her parent or guardian, and sending a notice to that person seeking permission to allow the child to participate in the stated activities. If no response is received by us, the child may not participate in those activities. For other activities, such as complying with a child's request to receive a newsletter, we will comply with the request, but also ask for a parent or guardian's e-mail or physical address, so that we can notify the parent or guardian that we are sending the newsletter and provide an opportunity for the parent or guardian to stop future newsletters.

Certain contests and sweepstakes on the Site simply ask a visitor to submit an e-mail address in order to enter. If this is the case, the e-mail address will only be used for the sole purpose of determining a winner through a random drawing. All non-winner e-mail addresses will be deleted and only the winner's e-mail address will be used to notify that person that he/she has won. If the winner is under the age of 13, before any prize is sent to the child, we will require the child to provide us with his/her parent or guardian's e-mail or physical address so that we may seek that person's consent to send the child the prize.

Please note that we will never collect more information than is reasonably necessary to allow a child to participate in a particular service or promotion on the Site.

3. Parental Requests for Information. If a child has provided any personal information to the Site, his or her parent or guardian may request a description of what personal information has been collected from that child, the specific information collected about the child, and either limit or restrict any further maintenance or use of the child's information. Also, a parent may decline to allow any future collection of information from that child.
